Q: Where is your shop located?

A: Our Studio is close to the U of SC Campus. We are a Columbia, South Carolina based flower studio operating exclusively online, ensuring that beautiful floral arrangements are just a click or call away. While we don't have a physical storefront, our dedicated team crafts and delivers exquisite flowers right from our studio to your doorstep. Feel free to reach out to us for any inquiries or custom requests!

Q: What is the range of delivery fees for local delivery?

A: Our local delivery fees are set at $9.99, $15.99, and $20.99, varying based on the distance of the delivery location. Studio Pick up is Free (call us please).

Q: What is the deadline for same-day delivery?

A: To qualify for same-day delivery, please ensure your order is placed by 1:00 PM EST. Any orders received post this time will be conveniently delivered the following day. Please note that holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day will have special order cutoff timelines, which will be prominently displayed on our homepage.

A: We proudly offer delivery services to a wide array of zip codes to accommodate your needs. Currently, our delivery zones include:

Upon entering the recipient's address, our system will seamlessly calculate the delivery fee for you. If your specific address does not appear on this list, we are here to assist! Please reach out to us at 803-586-4479, and we'll do our best to accommodate your delivery requirements.

Due to being short-staffed, we've temporarily adjusted our delivery range to a maximum of 12 miles. If the delivery address is in one of the following zip codes: 29061, 29063, 29072, 29170, 29172, 29203, 29209, or 29223, please contact us directly to confirm availability. These zip codes cover large areas, so while parts of them may be within our range, others may not. To ensure we can deliver to your address, please reach out with the full details, and we'll gladly check for you. For example, Prisma Health Richland Hospital is within our delivery range, but it’s in the 29203 zip code, which also includes areas outside of our range. We're happy to clarify for you!

Q:Can I pick a delivery / pick up time?

A: We appreciate your interest in scheduling a specific delivery time. While we strive to accommodate your preferences, we're unable to guarantee exact times. You're welcome to suggest a preferred time frame such as "before 11:00 AM" or "after 2:00 PM", and we will do our utmost to honor it. Please understand that while we consider all time requests, we prioritize deliveries to business addresses, followed by residential ones. Your understanding and flexibility are greatly appreciated.

About Orders

Q:Can I make a change or cancellation to my order?

A: We completely understand that sometimes plans need to be adjusted. Our policy for fresh flower orders is to consider them final sales, which generally means changes, cancellations, or refunds are not standard practice. However, if your floral arrangement hasn't been prepared yet (usually before 6 PM on the day before your scheduled delivery or pickup), we're here to assist. We can offer store credit through a gift card or assist in changing your order date to a future one, subject to our scheduling availability. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs within our policy guidelines.

Q:Will the delivered arrangement look exactly like the photo?

A: The photo represents the style and essence of the arrangement, but the actual design may vary slightly. Due to factors like seasonal availability, we might substitute flowers or containers. Rest assured, any replacements will honor the arrangement's overall style, theme, and color scheme, using items of equal or higher value, ensuring the overall aesthetic remains consistent.

Q:Will my flowers be left if no one is home?

A: If no one is available to receive the flowers at the time of delivery, our standard practice is to ensure their safety until they can be properly received. This may involve leaving them in a secure, shaded area, with a neighbor, or in another safe location, depending on the specific delivery instructions provided and the discretion of the delivery personnel. For precise details or to provide specific instructions, please refer to our delivery policy or contact us directly.

Q:What if I'm not satisfied with what I received?

A: Ensuring your happiness is at the heart of what we do. If your flowers don't meet your expectations, please reach out to us via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt, and kindly provide pictures of the product you received. We are committed to addressing your concerns and will endeavor to rectify the situation promptly. Please note, once the flowers leave our studio or delivery vehicle, we are no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc.
